The cranes that are listed on CraneConnection.net are for informational purposes only and are for sale by the seller. We try to provide accurate information, but errors may occur from time to time. Before purchasing cranes on CraneConnection.net, you should confirm with the seller any information (including the price) that is important to your purchasing decision. We highly recommend inspecting the crane prior to purchase and have the crane inspected by a third party. CraneConnection.net is not responsible for, and does not guarantee the performance of, any cranes listed with our service.

2. Buying and Selling Cranes

CraneConnection.net brings together buyers and sellers of cranes, related equipment, parts and attachments. Information about a particular crane is supplied by the seller and not by CraneConnection.net. The price and other terms of any sale remain subject to direct negotiation between the buyer and the seller. The prices listed by sellers on CraneConnection.net often exclude sales tax, finance charges, title, license, regulatory, dealer documentary, emission testing, compliance fees, and other related charges, any or all of which may be added to the listed price to arrive at the final sale price of a crane. We expect all who visit CraneConnection.net to act honorably and treat each other fairly; we cannot verify the information seller’s supply or guarantee the crane they offer. Nor can we assure the seller of the crane that the check/payment he/she gets from the buyer is valid. When using this website to sell or buy crane(s), use the same common sense and good judgment you would use in buying or selling a house or any large acquisition. When buying crane(s) CraneConnection.net HIGHLY RECOMMENDS personally inspecting the crane(s) or having a 3rd Party inspect the crane(s). Use your own good judgment and be responsible for your actions and decisions.

When you offer a crane through CraneConnection.net, you must be prepared to sell that crane at the price at which, and the terms on which, you’ve listed it. You must have the ability to transfer title or ownership. To list a crane on CraneConnection.net, sellers are required to provide certain identifying and contact information. The information must accurately identify the seller and the method of contact must permit buyers to communicate directly with the seller. You may not charge any potential buyer for information about any crane listed for sale on CraneConnection.net. CraneConnection.net reserves the right to deny use of this website to anyone who does not comply with these requirements or who otherwise uses our website in a manner we consider inappropriate.

By purchasing any of the PER MONTH crane advertising packages offered by CraneConnection.net you agree that after the 1st Month of advertising the Credit Card on file is automatically billed monthly unless you discontinue automatic monthly billing. To discontinue automatic monthly billing mark your crane(s) for sale as SOLD, click CANCEL AD, or call us directly @ 1.402.517.6009. You may also E-MAIL our sales staff but we cannot guarantee your crane advertisement(s) will be cancelled.

Responsibility for the information contained in crane listings lies with each seller. You alone are responsible for cranes you post on CraneConnection.net. Nothing undermines a potential buyer’s confidence in the crane you are selling than inaccurate information or misleading representations about the crane. Any negative action you take is likely to result in an unfavorable view of CraneConnection.net, and we care deeply about making sure that the crane information you supply is accurate and that, in all respects, you treat CraneConnection.net users fairly and honorably.

Crane Network reserves the right to bill any sellers who engage in fraudulent activity. Any seller who engages in fraudulent activity, i.e. accepting full payment for the sale of cranes(s) without delivering or releasing that said crane(s) to the buyer is subject to be billed via the sellers Credit Card on file above and beyond the listed advertising rates to recoup losses incurred by the buyer.

By submitting a listing through CraneConnection.net, you agree to pay the fees specified for the advertising package you select, regardless of whether your crane(s) sell as a result of the listing(s). Listing fees are not refundable and in order to sell your crane(s) we highly recommend asking a fair price, adding pictures and supplying users with as much up to date and accurate information as possible.

3. Links to Other Sites

CraneConnection.net is not responsible for the products or services provided on websites that are linked on CraneConnection.net. You release CraneConnection.net from any damages that you may incur, and agree not to assert any claims against us, arising from your purchase or use of third-party supplied products and services.

4. Ownership and Permissions

CraneConnection .net is made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. The materials on this site are the property of CraneConnection.net, and are protected by U.S. copyright laws, other copyright laws, and international conventions. You may not distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any of the materials on this site. You may print copies of any page on the site for your personal, non-commercial use, but you may not otherwise reproduce any material appearing on this site without our authorization.
